Strawberry Mousse


  • 50 ml milk
  • 200 ml heavy cream
  • 100 ml natural yogurt
  • 20 ml orange liqueur
  • 100 ml strawberry syrup


Mix all the ingredients and pour into a 0.5 l iSi Whipper, screw on 1 iSi Cream Charger and shake vigorously.

Before serving, cool in the refrigerator for a min. of 6 hours.
